This is the brilliant @alicethatchclay ‘s last week in our organisation and we want to say how full of gratitude we are for her ten years working with us!

It’s been an incredible journey with Alice, who has led so many beautiful projects in our neighbourhood (and taken this work with us across the country!) - including a collaboration with our neighbours on 2000 tiles that will be in our building forever!

Alice is an amazing artist and we are delighted that she will now be focussing more of her time on her practice. Alice - thank you for all your graft, energy, care and your huge contribution to helping make our organisation who we are - and our future building the beautiful space our community so deserves.

Alice says "A big thank you to P.I.P for the 10 years working together - it has been a privilege to be part of the organisation as an artist, Creative Producer and more recently Studio Manager. I am incredibly grateful for the support, opportunities, experiences and relationships that have come from my time at P.I.P. I’ve learned a lot from each and every person I have had the chance to work with! The P.I.P community has played such a big part in creating something truly special in Stoke-on-Trent, and I feel proud to have been a part of that. I have made the decision to solely focus on my socially engaged ceramics practice and I look forward to continuing to be an artist in Stoke-on-Trent. I wish my friends and colleagues at P.I.P nothing but success and happiness in the future. A difficult goodbye, but not farewell. Huge love to everyone."
